Description of the Gembloux Fresh Hops beer - 33 cl
For the 2023 edition, Gembloux Beer used fresh hops from Houblonnières Hophophop de Mazy (Gembloux), Templ'Houblon de Temploux (Namur) and Jamioulx. Hops of the Cacade, Aurora and Chinook varieties were harvested on September 10, 2023. The fresh hops have been fermenting since September 11, 2023.
