It is this same desire for inventiveness that has brought together the two Liège brands Belgian Owl and Cafés Charles Liégeois to give birth to a fabulous Whisky with a coffee finish.
This 5-year-old Single Malt Whisky is finished in casks that have previously contained a coffee spirit. It was created using over 100 kg of coffee beans from the Republic of Congo, on the shores of Lake Kivu. The beans used are organic and Fairtrade 'Arabica Blue Mountain', finely selected by the local brand CHARLES LIEGEOIS.
